I have been involved in the treatment of Sports Injuries and their rehabilitation since graduating with an HND in Sports Therapy in 1997.

I have worked with a number of performance sporting teams over the past ten years treating players in various representative squads from Caledonia  Rugby to district and Nationa l Shinty squads. This culminated in working as the Massage Therapist to the Scotland Women's National Rugby Team from 2003-2007.

I further qualified as a Bowen Parctitioner in 2005 and this marvelous technique plays a large part in the foundation of my treatments.
