Reiki

Reiki (pronounced Ray-key) is a Japanese word meaning Universal Life Energy, an energy which is all around us.

How can Reiki help me?

Reiki can work on many different levels, from stress related problems to relationship dilemmas. The healing effects are often felt in-between treatments, where the circumstances causing the situation or problem gently (sometimes dramatically) fall into place and things miraculously work out for the better. We get unstuck and back on the right path, and all of a sudden, doors of opportunity seem to appear and life starts to flow more easily.

Reiki can accelerate the healing of physical problems especially post-operative recovery, balance the emotions including stress, trauma and grief, and free us from restrictive mental attitudes, like jealously, anxiety and anger. It may also provide a closer connection with inner wisdom.
